From the Desk of William Mason

                     My practice is dedicated to giving clients sound, honest and effective advice and legal representation utilizing my more than thirty-two years of knowledge and experience in the legal system as a prosecutor, practicing lawyer and United States Magistrate Judge.  I believe that an attorney should be accessible and available to meet his  clients' needs while delivering the highest quality of legal representation possible. One of the biggest problems that I have seen in the legal community is the failure of attorneys to sit down and talk directly with their clients about the client’s expectations and needs. Communication with my clients is one of my highest priorities.  My practice is not about billable hours but determining what is the most direct and effective way to achieve my clients’ goals.  Experience has taught that through communication and  careful planning and preparation of legal documents many  disputes, and future litigation which is often costly, time-consuming and unpredictable, can be avoided.  If litigation cannot be avoided, the goal is to resolve the case as quickly, fairly and as inexpensively as possible while protecting the client's interests.
